Hello, I'm Weronika
Senior Product Designer, Currently building at OLX.
I design products that help businesses cut through complexity and ship things that actually matter.
I'm drawn to ideas that seem impossible until they're not.
A little bit about me
My journey with design began during my early years surrounded by a family of creatives. Ever since then, it has been deeply ingrained into my daily life on various levels. From drawing to painting to graphics and eventually a degree in architecture, I explored and learned various forms of art and design growing up.
Today, I strive to solve real-world problems one design solution at a time; designs that revolve around crafting delightful and human experiences.

Experience
-
Designed Console, OLX's internal experimentation and analytics platform, used across the group by roughly 300 people — product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists and researchers. Sole designer on the platform, working directly with engineering and data science.
- Rebuilt the experimentation platform end to end for a non-specialist audience — test setup, statistical configuration, minimum-detectable-effect targeting and forecasting — designed alongside data scientists to keep the statistics sound; monthly experiments rose from roughly 30 to 45.
- Built a survey creation tool from 0 → 1 — question logic, audience targeting, distribution and results analysis — which replaced SurveyMonkey and took survey volume from 2 a month to 20, cutting external tooling spend.
- Designed funnel and trends analytics modules — breakdowns, comparison views, anomaly detection — benchmarked against Mixpanel and Amplitude.
- Built working prototypes with AI tooling (Claude, Lovable) to pressure-test interactions with engineers before committing to specs.
- Ran exploratory and usability research with product managers, and contributed the resulting patterns and documentation back to the platform design system.

Designed Careem Quik from launch onward, a q-commerce platform in Dubai that grew from 150 to 10,600 daily orders in three years, expanded into Abu Dhabi and Riyadh and scaled from a curated range to a 20k-SKU catalogue. Worked both customer side and fulfilment side, building the Maestro dark-store app (receiving, picking, stock take, put away) and shaping the KYC flow in Careem Pay.
- Led end-to-end design processes across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch iteration.
- Defined research plans, identified user groups and wrote screeners; partnered with data scientists to pull analytics and synthesised qualitative and quantitative signal into insights about user needs.
- Turned insights into problem statements and testable hypotheses, then built low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate solutions to cross-functional partners and secure leadership alignment across teams.
- Tested prototypes with users, iterated on feedback, and worked in the weeds with engineers through build and QA to protect product quality — contributing components and documentation to Aurora, the internal design system.
-
Designed for regulated financial clients including Crédit Agricole, BNP Paribas and Warta — one of Poland's largest insurers, founded in 1920 and serving millions of customers nationwide.
- Established the design system for BNP Paribas — researched, built and documented components used across internal and customer-facing platforms.
- Consumer website redesign that moved Poland’s oldest insurer from offline-first to digital, across discovery, purchase, claims and the agent finder, on mobile and desktop. Designed the agent finder that opened Warta’s new online sales channel, one of five sections owned end to end, alongside co-defining the homepage. The relaunch lifted satisfaction 24% and engagement 49%, and drove 273% more conversions through the platform.
- Took part in discovery workshops, then worked concepts from low fidelity through interactive Axure prototypes to high-fidelity Figma mock-ups and style guides.
-
Designed digital products for logistics and transportation companies — SEMfleet, OmegoFleet and FutureDriver — for the Scandinavian market, optimising driver routing.
- Created user flows, empathy maps and user journeys; crafted high-fidelity prototypes, illustrations and marketing material.
